Free Migration Service

Are you thinking of changing providers? We have a specialized migration department so that you do not have to worry about this process and your website can be on our servers without any service outage , neither on your website nor in your email.

If you sign up for a new hosting plan with Robi Cloud and your current provider has a cPanel or Plesk control panel, we will manage your migration for free. In the event that your current provider does not have one of these panels, we will migrate up to 10 web pages for free.

Start of the migration process

First step

Contact. Contact us and tell us exactly what you want to migrate. So we can analyze your needs.

Second step

Information about the process. We will describe the steps that the migration will involve and the time it will take to have all the content in the new plan. If you want us to do the migration on a specific date and time, do not hesitate to tell us. We will agree to adapt to your needs.

Third step

Hiring plan. If you are interested in continuing the process, you will have to contract the accommodation plan and then provide us with the access data to your current provider so that we can migrate.

Fourth step

Content migration. On the date and time that we have agreed with you, we will start migrating your website. During this process, you can ask us any questions you have about the migration of your site and your emails to our platform. In this step, there will be no possibility that your website or your email will stop working, since we will not modify the DNS of the domains until we have completed the process perfectly and have let you review the result.

Fifth step

Revision. Once the data migration is complete, we will contact you to check that everything is correct. If you give us the go-ahead, we will change the DNS and the process will be finished.
